The Immigration Act 2016 (Commencement No. 1) Regulations 2016

These Regulations bring into force specified provisions of the Immigration Act 2016. Regulation 2 lists the provisions which come into force on 31st May 2016 and regulation 3 lists the provisions which come into force on 12th July 2016.
