The Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) (Coronavirus) (Amendment) Regulations 2020

These Regulations amend the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 (SI 2012/767) (“the 2012 Regulations”). They come into force on 16th July 2020, except for regulation 2(2) which comes into force on 12th August 2020.
