The Free School Lunches and Milk (Universal Credit) (England) Order 2013 (revoked)

This Order prescribes, for the purposes of section 512ZB of the Education Act 1996, that where a person or their parent is in receipt of universal credit on or after 29th April 2013, they are within section 512ZB(4).
