The Armed Forces Pension Scheme and Early Departure Payments Scheme (Amendment) Regulations 2015

These Regulations make amendments to the Armed Forces Pension Regulations 2014 and the Armed Forces Early Departure Payments Scheme Regulations 2014 including the introduction of a cost cap figure into the Armed Forces Pension Regulations 2014.
