The Local Government (Standards Committees and Member Conduct) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Wales) Regulations 2025

These Regulations amend—the Standards Committees (Wales) Regulations 2001 (“the 2001 Regulations”),the Conduct of Members (Principles) (Wales) Order 2001 (“the 2001 Order”), andthe Local Authorities (Model Code of Conduct) (Wales) Order 2008 (“the 2008 Order”).
