International Women's Day 2023

A Backbench Business Committee debate on International Women's Day is scheduled for Thursday 9 March 2023 in the House of Commons chamber.

International Women's Day (IWD) is celebrated annually on the 8th of March, and, according to the IWD website, has three broad aims: “Celebrate women's achievement. Raise awareness about discrimination. Take action to drive gender parity.”
