Improve the mental health services and support. Less waiting times more staff that are qualified and more help before people end up in a crisis.

Background
Because people should not be in a crisis before anything gets done, and sometimes even then nothing gets done.
Mental health is at an all time high and the mental health system is getting worse not better. More needs to be done to help people and children.
