Review decision-making in asylum cases involving Ukrainian applicants
Since 2022, the UK has offered humanitarian protection to Ukrainians via the Ukraine Scheme and its subsequent extension. We think this shows the UK recognises it is unsafe to return. Yet, those seeking ASYLUM are routinely refused.
