For Existing Care Workers Keep 5-year ILR and Apply New Rules To New Migrants
For skilled care workers already residing in the country, new regulations should not be applied. A commitment was made to them regarding a five-year Indefinite Leave to Remain, and new rules should not be implemented retrospectively.
