Make it a legal requirement that resale of event tickets must be face value
Endless fans are being priced out of events by touts using bots to buy tickets then reselling them on sites such as viagogo for heavily inflated prices. This should not be allowed and any resale should only be allowed at face value.

Background
Make it a legal requirement that all resale of event tickets are advertised and sold at face value only. There is no reason why this cannot be done. Should someone want/need to resell a ticket then the original purchase price should visable to people wanting to buy and the ticket should only be sold at this price. Sites and individuals should be punished for attempting to sell at inflated prices.
