Manadory arrest and jail for protests that damage, block public, attack public.
Write into law that illegal actions during protests such as gluing ones self to motorway or causing property damage or physical attacks on other results in immediate arrest and mandatory jail sentence.

Background
The public has been disrupted in going about their business, especially on motorways and emergency services can't get through during illegal actions during protests. Damage has been caused during protests or innocent people hurt. This is not protests but anarchy that the taxpayer or travelling public has to pay for. There seems to be little consequence for the protesters themselves.
