Stop taxing overtime, work beyond 40 hours a week or outside contracted hours

We want the government to stop income tax and national insurance contributions on income that is regarded as overtime, outside contracted hours or past 40 hours per week.

We think this could boost productivity and could be an incentive for people to get back into work. We also believe it could help employers to combat short staffing.
