Remove parental responsibility from people convicted of DV with 10+ yr sentence

We think that any person convicted of serious sexual and/or violent offence(s) against another person with whom they share a child or children and receive a substantial custodial sentence of ten years or more, should automatically lose parental responsibility of said child or children.
