Require motor dealerships to comply with the Motor Ombudsman's Code of Practice

Require all companies in the motor trade to comply with the Motor Ombudsman's Code of Practice. Currently it is voluntary, but this petition is to make it Mandatory in order for companies to be allowed to trade.
