Publish full details to both Houses of Parliament on the details of negotiations between UK, Mauritius, the NATO allies and China and India.
Detail through parliamentary libraries discussions with other Commonwealth Realms and Overseas Territories.
That An Humble Address is made to His Majesty the King to effect this.
Parliament is recalled as soon as possible with urgency to consider this treaty/agreement.
Treaty ratification is placed in abeyance until an Act is passed or not approving
