Return Illegal Migrants to their previous safe country
Utilise Section 3(5)(a) of the Immigration Act 1971 and deport/remove illegal migrants to the last safe country that they were in prior to their illegal entry into the UK.

Background
Government has the power to return illegal migrants under the Immigration Act 1974 but is failing to do so. We want this Act used to ensure that the billions of pounds currently being spent on hotels and benefits for illegals is stopped immediately and used for NHS, housing homeless UK citizens, etc, not wasted on people who circumvent our Laws for personal gain, and remove us from the ECHR as we are no longer in EC.
