Remove time bars and provide legal aid for neurodivergent people

Time bars should not be applied when victims are neurodivergent and often unable to comprehend what has happened to them in a timely manner. Provide effective Legal aid to become accessible to neurodivergent people that cannot afford solicitor’s fees but are victims of discrimination.
