Require All Food Delivery Motorcycle Riders to Hold a Full Motorcycle Licence

We think this measure is urgently needed to improve road safety for all. We think requiring a full motorcycle licence would ensure that all riders have undergone proper training, possess strong road awareness, and are capable of making safe, responsible decisions in traffic. We think such a standard would not only protect the riders themselves but also safeguard other road users from preventable accidents.
