All animal cruelty crimes towards all animals should result in prison sentences
To change the laws regarding all animal cruelty crimes including all animals in the UK including wildlife, all fish, farm & livestock, cats & dogs etc. No more suspended sentences & fines or ban's on owning pets & more prison sentences served.

Background
We see too many acts of animal cruelty & not enough legal action taken against those committing the crimes. There are too many death's of cats & dog's especially with people only receiving suspended sentences & banned from owning pets, these people should be tried treated & charged with neglect, physical harm towards an animal, gbh, abh, murder of an animal & sentenced to serve time in prison like any other person who committs a crime against a human being.
