To change the law for the sale of silent only fireworks for prices use and for licensed displays to be forward moving with the use of drone displays only

Background
I want the law changed to only allow silent fireworks for public use and for the licensed displays to move on with the future of technology and use drones for the displays hopefully this will have a knock on effect and eradicate the use of fireworks completely. The massive issues this causes not only to our family pets and wildlife but to autistic people , people with ptsd our ex military for example , the change is needed and not keep being passed over with our governments
