Government to hold a referendum on Digital ID
We want this government to hold a referendum on digital ID as this was not as they claim in their manifesto. Clearly outline what ID will/could be used for and what will be put in place to stop this or future government abusing this system.

Background
This government has no mandate with only around 34% of a 60% turn out. That only 14.2% of the eligible population putting them into power by default.
With the potential affects to Genral publics privacy and with the potential for abuse the public should be consulted before something as far reaching is put into place.
If you are sure you will win you should have no issue giving us the say.
I’m sure someone said this will be a government of service… not a dictatorship.
