Get rid of the dog banned breed list. It does not work. Stop blaming the dog!
The banned breed dog list does not work. You’re blaming dogs solely on what they look like and by how big they are. When in fact when you look at the statistics for dog bites it’s the breeds you would not think of that are the top. Small dog are more aggressive but you don’t ban those breeds.

Make dog ownership more difficult. It’s not the dogs fault how they have been bought up. It’s the owners! You will always have the bad owners Regardless of breed!! They will go onto the next breed of dog they can use!
