Abolish Inheritance tax completely.
Abolish Inheritance tax on any item or estate that has already had tax of any kind deducted from it when passed on to beneficiaries.

Background
The items and estates passed down through inheritance are all taxed when over a certain value. The government taxes earnings, purchases from those earnings and then on the businesses. Everything is taxed, we should not be taxed on items already taxed in life. This causes estates to break up.
