Background

Due to high tax rates on additional income, I think our earnings are significantly reduced, leaving us inadvertently financially penalised for working extra hours. I believe this discourages essential workers from taking on vital shifts, particularly at a time when our critical public services are under immense pressure. Tax relief could provide fair compensation for our hard work and dedication.
