Stop Political Bias in BBC Content for Children
We call on the Government to ensure BBC children’s content is impartial and age-appropriate, particularly on sex and gender topics. As a public broadcaster, it must not promote contested views to young audiences. Introduce independent review and stronger Ofcom oversight.

We can only accept petitions about things the Government or Parliament are directly responsible for. Decisions about the BBC's editorial guidelines and Ofcoms Broadcasting Code are a matter for the BBC and Ofcom respectively, not the UK Government or Parliament.

Background
We call on the Government to stop the BBC pushing contested sex and gender ideas on children. Publicly funded content must be impartial, age-appropriate, and balanced. Launch an independent review, strengthen Ofcom oversight, and set clear safeguards so kids are educated, not indoctrinated, and parents can trust what their children watch.
