Adopt the Scottish system of property sales and purchase in England and Wales
The present system does not protect buyers or sellers from unnecessary expense delays and collapsed deals and it lengthens property chains It causes unnecessary stress and additional financial burden when chains collapse and impacts on family life especially the education of children and childcare
