I want the scrapping of the school term time fine for parents

Parents are being punished for taking their children away and wanting them to enjoy the best part about being a child and that is learning to understand family & happy times are the most important part of life. They are punished in costs from the airlines and holiday companies. Teachers striking & taking training days also put into question the validity of this fine. Instead rules around the number of events/times children are removed should be implemented for a fine threshold ie 3/4 events.
