Background
Many registered charities are attended by vulnerable individuals and are often located in residential and commercial areas, where loud noise can disrupt local residents and businesses.
There have been instances of protestors using loudspeakers, shouting, and offensive or sexually explicit language, causing distress and disturbance.
We call on the Government to introduce targeted measures, such as buffer zones, to prevent protests in the vicinity of these registered charity premises.
