Background
We think the current rules regarding weddings are outdated and favour Anglican, Quaker and Jewish leaders over other religions or faiths, giving greater religious power to clergy from 3 faith groups over any other. We think that legal bias needs to end.
We believe a lot of the population feel let down by the rules some Churches have that say they cannot have a religious wedding. Other faith leaders may be willing to conduct the wedding for same-sex or mixed faith couples.
