Remove VAT on all veterinary care services & fund new support for vet services
Remove VAT on all veterinary care services. Increase funding for veterinary services, including means-tested support for low-income pet owners struggling with veterinary bills, funding for registered rescues, and subsidised neutering to cut unwanted litters and long-term rescue intake.
