To allow full UK local elections to take place in 2025
Full UK local council elections should take place without any delays in May 2025 to allow the public the chance to vote as is our legal right.

Background
The government want to delay some local elections until 2026 as they say they want to make changes to how local councils run.
No delays should take place until after the local elections, the only times these elections have been delayed as being during times of crisis.
The government are trying to deny the electorate the right to vote and we should not allow this to happen
