Ban cycling on all public roads and fund the expansion of separate cycle lanes

Ban the use of all bicycles on public roads and fund expansion of cycling lanes, separate from public roads. I want cycling to be banned on all public roads as I think cyclists cause slower journeys for other road users, are a hazard and could endanger themselves by simply being on those roads.
