Background
Many Health and Care Worker visa applicants have already worked in the UK for two or three years before applying for a Skilled Worker visa. They communicate daily in English with patients and colleagues. We ask the Government to review this policy and allow experienced workers to be deemed to meet B1 English or prove their English through an Ecctis-recognised degree.
