Require transparency and public explanation of how legal id is created at birth.
UK birth registration creates a legal identity used for rights, services, and duties, yet the process is unclear. Citizens need plain guidance on what a legal person is, how it relates to the living individual, what rights follow, how data is used, and how laws interact. Transparency is vital.
