Background
Families may often rely on written notes that can affect court outcomes and their children’s futures. Recordings could improve transparency, accuracy, accountability and fairness, reduce disputes, and protect children and vulnerable families. We believe parents and carers should be allowed to make recordings, with safeguards for confidentiality and welfare.
