Require all schools to carry out autism, ADHD & dyslexia testing
Many people struggle without an official diagnosis, and requiring schools to carry out testing could help pupils if they have autism, ADHD, or dyslexia, especially if teachers suspect this is the case. This could also help teachers better communicate with and help their students.

Background
Over 1.7 million pupils in England have special educational needs. Even though it may seem like a lot, it is actually around 1 in 8 students who have either been diagnosed or have suspected special educational needs. We believe this requires changes to the education system as many children are being left behind with work and aren’t getting the help they need. Also, many students struggle, but without the necessary support, they may be unable to reach their highest potential.
