Require all MPs & peers to be fully tax resident in the UK
Make it a legal requirement that no person may stand as a candidate, or sit as an MP or peer, in Parliament or the House of Lords, unless they are a full tax resident in the UK and do not use tax havens to avoid paying taxes that would otherwise be paid to the UK to support public services.

Part 4 of the Constitutional Reform and Governance Act 2010 provides that members of the House of Commons (MPs) and House of Lords (Peers) are deemed resident in the UK for the purposes of income tax, inheritance tax and capital gains tax. From April 2025, they are classified as long-term UK tax residents. You may wish to submit a petition on how you would like the provisions in the Constitutional Reform and Governance Act 2010 (CRAG) to be expanded.
