Reform the limitation period for NHS clinical negligence claims for stillbirth

I urge the UK Government to change the law so that parents of stillborn babies caused by NHS clinical negligence are not prevented from bringing a claim solely because more than three years have passed. Families dealing with bereavement, often spend years focused on surviving.
