Make all cyclists, e bike and e scooter riders do a basic road test.
Cyclists and e bike riders are a danger to all other road uses snd should be required to do a road test and be responsible for any accident they cause and they should be insured.

Background
The government should make cyclists and e bike riders do a road test and ensure they are responsible for their vehicles. They should also be banned from operating them in pedestrian areas. They should suffer from similar liabilities as car drivers if they cause an accident.
