Let’s Tackle Mould in Flats – Call for Air Con or Dehumidifier Units
Install air con or dehumidifier units in flats where mould is a recurring problem. Maintain units long-term so they stay effective. Review affected flats and take real action to address mould—not just surface-level repairs.

Background
Is air con safe? Yes—when maintained, it’s great for your health. It lowers humidity (which mould thrives on) and filters out dust and pollen.
“Can it dry the air too much?”
Only if left blasting all day or set too cold. Most units are adjustable—and far better than breathing in mould.
“Do they need lots of upkeep?”
Not really. Just clean the filters now and then. A small task for a big benefit.
