Change How Local Authority Chooses Schools For SEN Children
The children’s needs to be met, the EHCP plans information and recommendations to be met rather than being ignored. Background
Because so many SEN children are being failed and so much money wasted going through tribunal to over turn the original decision. Also so many children are at home due to not having the school that meets the child’s needs. Also so many reports, EHCP plans and school recommendations get dismissed whilst the local authority places vulnerable children in mainstream schools that have already stated they can not meet the needs of that child.
