Lower financial requirement for Spouse Visa from £29,000 back to £18,600

I think that the £29,000 is discriminatory and feels that the message it is trying to get across is that if you are earning less than £29,000 annually you are not allowed to be with your family. I don't think this is what fairness and equality constitutes. This prevents families being together.
