Give all prison officers in high security prisons stab proof vests

After the recent attacks on prison officers at Hmp Frankland it is now time for officers to be issued with better protective equipment. I was stabbed in the back 15 yrs ago in Hmp Frankland and no lessons have been learnt. Stab proof vest are now a must or someone is going to lose their life.
