Prohibit acts of harm or violence justified by religious belief
It shall be unlawful for any person, group, or institution to engage in or promote acts of violence, coercion, or discrimination on the basis of religion. This includes incitement to religious hatred or the justification of harm toward others based on religious doctrine.

Acts of violence, coercion, or discrimination justified by religion are already illegal under several laws. The Crime and Disorder Act 1998 enhances penalties for religiously aggravated offences, the Equality Act 2010 prohibits discrimination on the basis of religion or belief, and the Racial and Religious Hatred Act 2006 criminalises inciting religious hatred.
