Bring back the death penalty for child murderers and serial rapists
Bring back the death penalty for child murderers and serial rapists because the tax payer shouldn't have to pay to keep people like these alive in prisons when they have no respect or regard for others. It goes against all decency to defend the rights of these people.

Background
Anyone who has murdered children or serially raped, whether they be insane or not should be hanged by the neck until dead, not publicly or vengefully but in a private, dignified way after they have had a fair trial and found to be guilty. No more taxes can be spared to keep these people alive who show no remorse and no desire to stop their behavior for the sake of decency and public safety.
