Make Property Sellers Disclose Full House Info Before Listing
Buying a home shouldn’t be a gamble. Right now, buyers must pay hundreds for surveys—only to discover hidden problems after making offers. We want sellers to provide a full, professional property report before listing, so buyers know exactly what they’re getting.
