The government needs to publish and action the chalk stream recovery pack.
The current government has shelved the CaBA chalk stream strategy. All the work is complete on it so they just need to reinstate it, publish it and take action to save our incredibly rare chalk stream rivers.

Background
David Attenborough describes chalk streams as "one of the rarest habitats on earth" and almost all of these rivers (over 80%) are in the UK. Yet the government places no value on this deteriorating habitat.
