Replace tax breaks for the rich with a prepayment card.
In response to the petition calling for benefits to be replaced with a prepayment card that requires users to spend their money on essentials only, we the undersigned only think it's fair that tax breaks meant to encourage trickle down economic be replaced with a similar card with fixed terms.

Background
As the poorest and struggling in our country are apparently not to be trusted to make financial decisions regarding how to use their universal credit, pensions, and pip money, it is only fair to ensure that the richest in our country use their tax breaks which were intented to trickle down to the lowest employees actually benefit our economy and invest in more jobs, the NHS, and better welfare for employees instead of boats, cars, and so called political donations.
