The Judicial Oath is in conflict to 1994 law that introduced favors for justice
The Criminal Justice & Public Order act 1994 section 48, (reduction in sentences for guilty plea) ushered in a discounted reward principle for confessions/information from a defendant in respect to persons conscience, (which is a favour by the Judge in the administration of justice) & is forbidden

Background
The Judicial Oath required to be taken by all judges swears to serve justice "without fear or favour, affection or ill will"
The 1994 and subsequent acts create a favour. The Judge is sworn not to give any favour.
The 1689 Claim of Right act has these articles: "That forceing the leidges to depone against themselves in capital crymes however the punishment be restricted is contrary to law". & "By imposing oaths contrary to law".
The Judicial Oath became contrary to law after 1994 & Is coercion
