Stop driving instructor accounts which allow them to book driving tests
Put a ban on driving instructor accounts which will stop reselling of driving test dates. Resellers are profiting tens of thousands per month while pupils are forced to pay extortionate fees.

Background
Because DVSA have been slow in taking action. They state that instructors and businesses are allowed to book tests and then charge an admin fee. Every pupil should be allowed have to book their own driving tests. This will prevent instructors or businesses from booking and reselling test dates for in excess of £312. Test dates are £62 but being resold at 5 times that and it's the pupils that are suffering because of DVSA's slow response
